I’m trying to eat more healthy foods but I need a little inspiration to do it.
If I’m going to eat healthy, the food has got to have something going for it! That’s why I made this pretty breakfast Parfait Martini!
Its simple: layers of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and non-fat greek yogurt topped with a dollop of yogurt, a shallow teaspoon of jam, a sprinkling of chia seeds/hempseed/buckwheat mixture, walnut pieces and a whole strawberry. Serve it in a martini glass!
I honestly believe that when food looks good, it tastes better. (And who doesn’t want an excuse to have a martini at breakfast!)
